Events

1. What types of events can I host at zoneFIVE?

zoneFIVE offers a versatile space suitable for various events, including workshops, seminars, creative gatherings, parties, celebrations of life, and more. Our environment is designed to cater to the needs of art professionals and practitioners.

2. How do I check availability or schedule a tour?

To inquire about availability or to schedule a tour, please reach out to us via email at info@zonefivecs.com. We recommend contacting us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your preferred dates.

3. What amenities are included with an event rental?

Our studio rental includes the following amenities:

  • Flexible furniture arrangements with tables and chairs

  • WIFI

  • AV Equipment (available for additional fee)

  • Full kitchen on the second level

  • Outdoor heater (available for additional fee)

These features are designed to provide a comfortable and functional environment for your event.

For events held within our studio space, special permits are generally not required. However, if your event involves activities that extend beyond our premises or include elements such as amplified sound, you may need to obtain additional permits from the City of Colorado Springs. We recommend reviewing the city's special event guidelines or contacting local authorities for specific requirements. coloradosprings.gov​

Classes and workshops

1. How can I register for classes/workshops/events at zoneFIVE?

You can search and register for classes online at our website or by phone at (719) 373-1105. Registration begins when classes are announced, and it's advisable to register early to secure your spot.

2. What is your cancellation policy for classes and workshops?

zoneFIVE reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes to adjust for enrollment. If a class or workshop is canceled or rescheduled, registered participants will be notified and provided with options, which may include refunds or transfers. A full refund can be granted (less credit card processing fees) if a student requests a cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled start of class. This request must be received during zoneFIVE business hours via phone call or email. In the event that a student misses a class session due to unforeseen illness or emergency, a full or partial refund MAY be offered but is not guaranteed. This is decided on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know your circumstances as soon as possible by contacting us via email.
